Summary: Room was very nice. Clean and well maintained. Set up for a family. Really nice to have a bathroom and separate shower room. Daughter was very impressed with the toiletries available. Breakfast was busy but well stocked. Staff were helpful.

Summary: On our trip to Europe which included eight different countries, this was by far the BEST hotel we stayed in! While the parking was less than desirable, Daniel at the reception was kind and helpful in recommending public parking near the hotel for us. The room was amazing, the breakfast which was included, was the best we had in Europe and the location was very convenient to the old town and the train station. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Switzerland.

Summary: Room was a good size but rather hot. Apparently, a/c system was in winter mode. Opening windows was rather noisy from street/people activity. Excellent breakfast. Even though coffee machine in room did not always work properly, a staff member came to look at it immediately. Very nice staff. No restaurant, other than for breakfast. There was a bar, but it was not open on Sunday. Very good location for visiting St Gallen by foot and very close to station.

Summary: Very quick and easy check in. We got the room we asked for, higher level and twin beds. Very clean, compact but functional room. Nespresso and tea in the room. Great buffet, full trays, warm, always refilled. Easy to leave our luggage at reception. Very well located accross from the train station, and just a few minutes walk from the old town and attractions. Free bus pass for the two days. Would stay again without hesitation.

Summary: What a great hotel within walking distance from the train station. Nice, inviting lobby. The staff were excellent. Room was very comfortable, and loved the bathroom. Most are very small in Switzerland, this was very nice. Big shower with a rain shower and wand. Sink was a little slow to drain. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Excellent stay after 20 days solo traveling around Switzerland.
